Order Processing Time

  • Processing & Production Time: Typically 7–10 business days
  • Production time may vary depending on design complexity, customization requests, or order volume.

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

Domestic Shipping

After production is completed, your order will be dispatched through our trusted shipping partners.

  • Standard Delivery:
    • Within Tamil Nadu: ₹100 per kg
    • Outside Tamil Nadu (within India): ₹200 per kg 
  • Express Delivery:
    • Within Tamil Nadu: ₹650 per kg
    • Outside Tamil Nadu (within India): ₹750 per kg
    • Please note an additional ₹650 is charged for express delivery services

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping 

Processing and Delivery Time:

  • Processing Time: 20 working days
  • Shipping Time: 1 to 5 working days
  • Total Estimated Time: 25 working days 

Important Notes

  • Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for any delays caused by the courier company. However, we will assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues with our courier partners.
  • Weight-Based Shipping: We calculate shipping costs based on the total weight of your order. Each weight bracket corresponds to a specific shipping fee, reflecting the cost of shipping heavier items.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • shipping confirmation email or SMS
  • tracking number
  • A link to track your order through the courier partner’s website

Customers can use this tracking information to monitor the delivery status of their package.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including:

  • Full name
  • Address with correct PIN code
  • Contact number

VEZTUE will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

Shipping Delays

While VEZTUE works with reliable logistics partners, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or festivals
  • Logistics disruptions
  • Government restrictions

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Damaged Package During Delivery

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the package.
  2. Contact our support team immediately.

All product issues or manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery as mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
