At VEZTUE, every garment is thoughtfully custom-made to order, crafted specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

However, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and will address genuine manufacturing issues as outlined below.

Custom-Made Products

All VEZTUE products are made-to-order or customized, based on the design and specifications selected by the customer. For this reason:

  • Returns are not accepted for size issues, change of mind, or personal preferences.
  • Orders cannot be exchanged or refunded once they are confirmed and production has begun.

We encourage customers to carefully review product details, sizing information, and order specifications before completing the purchase.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, we request that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To report an issue, please contact us with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos or videos of the defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we receive and review the information, our team will assess the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.

Possible resolutions may include:

  • Repair of the product
  • Replacement of the product
  • Refund, if the issue cannot be resolved otherwise

Conditions for Claim Approval

To qualify for a manufacturing defect claim:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must include all original tags and packaging

Claims reported after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.

Size Disclaimer Policy

Our products are designed based on standard sizing measurements. Customers are advised to refer to the size chart provided on the product page before placing an order.

If you are unsure about your size, we recommend comparing the measurements with a well-fitting garment you already own.

Fit Variations

Actual garment fit may vary slightly due to:

  • Fabric type and stretch
  • Garment construction
  • Design silhouette
  • Tailoring variations

Small differences of 1–2 cm in measurements are considered normal in garment manufacturing.

It is the customer's responsibility to:

  • Select the correct size when placing the order
  • Carefully review the product description and fit details

Since VEZTUE garments are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Fit preference
  • Personal style preference

Colour & Appearance Disclaimer

While we make every effort to display product colours accurately, actual colours may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen resolution
  • Device display settings
  • Lighting during photography

These differences are normal and do not qualify as defects.
